Center facilities which service newspapers throughout
the United States. Our Contact Centers are equipped with
individual agent stations which provide a quiet and professional
space to interface with prospects and customers. Short
three hour shifts keep our agents fresh and focused and
can accommodate all US time zones.
We are equipped to provide both inbound
and outbound programs which link individual customer
interests with features of the online or print
newspaper. Clients can contract for concurrent or individual
programs depending on their individual needs.
